Corrections policy

Government rules keep changing and anyone can make a mistake. If you find a wrong amount, date, eligibility condition or link on any page, tell us through the Contact page. We check and update the page within 48 hours, and for significant errors we add a correction note to the page’s “What changed” log.

We do not hide outdated information: when a deadline has passed or a scheme has closed, the page says so clearly.
