What you receive
Annual Honorarium:
- Rs. 20,000 per year is granted to the parents whose daughters are serving or have retired from the defense services.

Who qualifies

Registration
Step 1: Visit the official website of "Sainik Welfare", and click "Log-in".
Step 2: In the online registration form, fill the following mandatory fields: Email ID, Mobile Number. Create a password and confirm. Finally, click "Submit" to complete the registration.
Step 3: After successful registration, the User ID and Password will be generated.
Application
Step 1: Visit the official website. Sign in using your Username and Password created during registration.
Step 2: Navigate to the online form of the scheme. In the form, fill in all the mandatory fields and upload all the mandatory documents in the specified format and size.
Step 3: Carefully review all the information provided and the documents uploaded. Make any necessary corrections. Click "Save Application". You'll receive a confirmation message upon successful submission of the application, along with an "application number". Click "Print Application" to print the application.

Application Process
Step 1: The interested applicant should visit (during office hours) the District Sainik Welfare Office and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the respective District Sainik Welfare Office.
Post-Application Process
Step 1: The District Sainik Welfare Officer verifies the service certificate and domicile details.
Step 2: Verified applications are forwarded to the Directorate of Sainik Welfare, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal.
Step 3: The Directorate sanctions and allocates the funds to the respective District Sainik Welfare Office.
Step 4: The honorarium amount is then credited directly to the applicant’s bank account.
