  • To avail the benefits under the pension scheme, applicants can register and apply through the โ€œApuni Sarkar Uttarakhandโ€ portal available at https://eservices.uk.gov.in. Along with the application form, the eligible applicant must submit complete details of themselves and their family, along with necessary documents such as Aadhaar card, permanent residence certificate of Uttarakhand, PAN card, bank account details, educational qualification certificate, caste certificate, birth certificate or age certificate issued by a medical officer, a certificate related to artist/litterateur/writer issued by a government, semi-government, non-government or other recognized institution, a certificate of being an artist, and a recommendation from the district administration.
