If our company faces unforeseen hardships and fails to submit our documentation for a specific quarter, do we permanently lose the opportunity to claim for that period?
No, you can submit the pending documentation alongside the immediate next quarter's claims, provided you include a written reasoning explaining why the submission was delayed.
What are the specific financial consequences if an enterprise is found to have secured the monetary benefits by submitting fraudulent or entirely false documentation?
