- Applicant must be registered with Uttar Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.

- Applicant must not have received similar benefits from any other government scheme.
- Applicant must be regularly depositing contributions.
- Applicant must have an Aadhaar card.
- Applicant must have a bank account in a CBS branch of a nationalized bank.
