About this agriculture scheme

The scheme aims to ensure fair crop prices for farmers by facilitating government procurement and provides easy online registration for landholding farmers to sell their crops at minimum support price.

The โ€œRegistration for Crop Procurementโ€ scheme was launched by the Department of Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Protection, Government of Madhya Pradesh. The scheme aims to ensure that farmers in the state receive a fair and remunerative price for their crops by facilitating government procurement, allowing landholding farmers to register for selling their produce at government-designated procurement centers at the Minimum Support Price (MSP). A plan has been made to cover the entire Madhya Pradesh through the e-Uparjan Application, through which the grains (wheat, paddy, sorghum, millet, gram, lentils, mustard, etc.) of all the districts of the state are monitored.
